New Customer - Credit Application Form

To begin your credit application to become a customer, please adhere to the following steps outlined below: 

  1. Download the Editable PDF: Click the link to download the credit application form in PDF format.
  2. Complete the Form: Fill out the top section of the credit application form only.
  3. Print and Sign: Ensure to print the form and provide a wet signature where required.
  4. Submit the Application: Email the signed credit application to Customer Service for processing.
  5. Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your application to be processed.
  6. Follow-Up: After your credit application has been processed, NPAL’s Customer Service team will contact you to assist with the completion of your new account setup.
